About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Admissions Adviser to join our Department of Student Services. This role involves leading operational improvements in the Applications and Admissions processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving towards achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and recommend process improvements
• Manage Oracle Service Cloud content
• Lead the transfer/cross credit process
• Provide training related to Applications and Admissions

Requirements:

• Experience in reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft
• Familiarity with NARIC and NOOSR databases
• Subject matter expertise in New Zealand secondary school qualifications
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
