Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting in financial due diligence assignments
• Reviewing, designing, and building financial models such as discounted cashflows and 3-way forecast models
• Conducting business and tangible valuations
• Providing litigation support outputs, including drafting evidence and reporting for court appearances on economic loss and financial matters

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in Valuations, Business Recoveries, Deals Advisory, Due Diligence, or Transaction Services, ideally from a Big 4 or Mid-Tier firm. Additionally, you should possess 3-5 years of post-qualification experience and relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA. Excellent client management skills and proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel are essential.
