Your Role in the Team

As a part of our team, you will work closely with schools and Communities of Learning to enhance student attendance, engagement, and achievement. Your responsibilities will include analyzing school performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support to schools to enhance governance, curriculum, and community engagement. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $84,425 - $102,271 per annum plus 3% KiwiSaver.

About You

If you have a knack for building strong relationships, knowledge of Te Reo Māori, and experience working with Māori and Pacific communities, we want to hear from you. We are looking for individuals with the ability to analyze complex issues, communicate effectively, and uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Previous experience in a school setting and a full driver's license are essential requirements for this role.
