Quality Control Laboratory Team Leader - Day Shift

Location: Henderson, Auckland

Core Hours: 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate leader with experience in a regulated environment to join our Quality Control Laboratory as a Team Leader on the Day Shift. You will lead a team of QC Analysts responsible for ensuring quality control activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP/cGLP standards for pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QC Day shift team
• Ensure all quality control activities are carried out according to specifications and test methods
• Collaborate with other Quality Control Team Leaders to meet operational goals
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset to address quality-related challenges
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of quality and compliance standards (GMP)
• Proficiency in instrumentation skills (HPLC, GC, NIR)
• Ability to apply modern analytical chemistry techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
