Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating. Responsibilities include accurate take-offs from construction drawings, negotiating variations, and managing construction contracts for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and lead a pricing team
• Conduct meticulous take-offs and compile pricing
• Support Project Managers in negotiating variations
• Manage contract requirements
• Generate progress claims and issue invoices
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of cost estimation experience
• Proficiency in architectural interpretation
• Strong command of relevant software and estimation tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
