Quantity Surveyor Job Opening

Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty

Job Description:

• Procurement and administration of subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparing trade packages for tender and negotiating contract terms
• Producing subcontract tender analysis, progress reports, and cost reports
• Take off measurements, areas, and quantities using Procore
• Compile and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors
• Project coordination and sequencing of trades

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Construction Management in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
• Experience with Procore financials
• Ability to manage subcontractors on projects over $50 million
• Enthusiastic, driven, and a team player
