About the Role

As a part of the team, you will collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to plan and manage safety programs, ensuring all safety aspects are met. Responsibilities include preparing project WBS and production/installation sequencing, developing project budgets and cash flow, leading procurement activities, and overseeing resource scheduling. Technical coordination with contractors and attending progress meetings are key aspects of the role.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience or qualifications in the industry, preferably with a background in construction CAD/design. Knowledge of installation requirements for full facade products and modulars is advantageous. A valid New Zealand driver's license and the legal right to work in New Zealand are essential. Proven experience in managing direct reports and teams is required.
