This position involves overseeing commercial aspects of projects ranging from $20 million to $100 million, including commercial, apartment, retirement village, and retail developments. If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, and proven expertise in managing projects up to $50 million and above, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction as a QS/Senior QS
- Experience in the New Zealand market preferred
- Strong background in projects over $50 million
- Ability to see a project through to final account
- Expertise in cost control, budget monitoring, and project reporting
- Familiarity with risk management practices
- Demonstrated leadership in managing Quantity Surveyors
