The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects related to Architectural Facades. This includes ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The role involves reviewing and efficiently managing project budgets, as well as utilizing CAD software. Strong project management skills are required to oversee all aspects of the projects and resolve any disputes that may arise.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate must have experience in the Façade sector of the industry and be proficient in working with CAD software. A background in building with practical knowledge is essential. A valid New Zealand Driver’s License is required, and candidates must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration are also necessary.
