Are you an experienced site manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a complex and technical project? Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is currently partnering with a client who is seeking a dedicated site manager to join their team for a new build apartment project in Auckland Central. This role offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 (Pending exp), along with perks such as a phone and laptop.

Job Responsibilities:

- Interpret plans and understand NZ building practices and codes - Work unsupervised and follow instructions effectively - Communicate efficiently and solve problems proactively - Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to manage sub trades - Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations - Develop and follow project timelines
