As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of projects and reporting into the Commercial Director.

About the role
The role entails delivering all Commercial requirements for the project until the final account is settled. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work autonomously or lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors on various projects under the guidance of the Commercial Director.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar role in New Zealand
- 15+ years of experience, ideally in Commercial construction
- Exposure to medium/large commercial projects
- Proven track record of leading the commercial aspects of a project
- Great communication skills
