About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and delivering key projects in the development portfolio of the client-side group. From the initial concept phase to project completion, you will lead the internal project consulting team and supervise external consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all project activities throughout the project life cycle
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• Understanding all aspects of project delivery on-site
• Working in complex live construction environments
• Leading the internal consulting team
• Managing external consultants to optimize best practices and construction delivery

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor in delivering vertical construction projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated skills in leading complex negotiations
• Proven track record in Project Management overseeing projects from design to construction
• Stable employment history with a focus on personal development and growth
• Experience in delivering large-scale projects valued at $150 million or more
• Ability to manage complex sites with existing live environments
