A reputable main contractor specializing in commercial and residential builds in Auckland is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 7 years of experience in large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating and the ability to lead and manage projects effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimating and procurement
• Subcontractor management
• Tender preparation and analysis
• Managing pricing of the tender process
• Ensuring profitability on projects

Qualifications:

• Passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Background in Quantity Surveying/Estimating
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good understanding of the New Zealand construction market
• Experience working on various sized projects
