About the Role

As a Senior School Psychologist, you will lead a team of school psychologists to provide critical clinical services that support student learning, engagement, and positive outcomes. Your role will involve working closely with students, families, and school communities to enhance access, participation, and achievement. In addition to leading the team, you will also provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to your colleagues.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Qualifications as per the Teaching Service Award
  • General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Approval as a Board-approved supervisor
  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the essential requirements, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • Australian Psychological Society membership
  • Eligibility for Teacher Registration in Tasmania
  • Current driver's license
