About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing multiple small fitout projects valued between $2-5 million each. This role will require you to take charge from initiation to completion, with the full support of senior management and on-site teams.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the New Zealand market
• Previous exposure to Commercial fit-out projects locally
• Proficiency in programme management and handling projects up to $5 million
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, MS Projects, and Excel
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-end finishes
• Strong client-facing skills

Location and Compensation
