About the Job

As a Services Engineer at Built, you will play a critical role in coordinating building services components and associated works for major construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to resolve design issues and contribute to business development activities. The role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, providing you with a variety of challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Services role within the construction industry
• Experience working with a 1st or 2nd tier building contractor
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
• Experience in design, construction/installation, and commissioning of building services
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, mentor, supervise, negotiate, and influence outcomes
• Quality-focused with the ability to assess risk and manage conflict appropriately
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
