About You

The ideal candidate for this role will be dependable, motivated, and adaptable to customer needs. Required qualifications include proven experience in a large MSP environment, extensive knowledge of Firewall, Switching, and Wireless solutions, and recent working experience with technologies like Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, FortiGate, and Azure networking.

You should also have a positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work in the Auckland office, engaging in various aspects of IT services sales and delivery. Your responsibilities will include networking, pre-sales, project task delivery, ticket escalation, and risk management. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide top-notch services and solutions.
