Job requirements:

- Experience in a consultative sales role - Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn in-house ERP systems - Experience with social media platforms is a plus

Job responsibilities:

- Provide high levels of service to showroom visitors - Work closely with trade and clients for soft furnishing requirements - Assist with mood board and client selections - Build strong client relationships for repeat business - Process orders, back orders, credits - Answer customer questions and provide product information - Support sales team and update CRM - Assist with customer service on social media platforms

Qualifications:

- Passion for interiors and design - Strong sales administration skills - Highly organized and well-presented - Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
