Job Responsibilities
- Manage the fundamental aspects of construction project management including communication, organization, planning, and technical expertise
- Ensure projects adhere to quality and safety standards
- Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and council interactions
- Utilize advanced computer skills and MS Project programming
Ideal Experience and Skills
- Prior experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand construction processes and methodologies
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction management or engineering
- Proficiency in managing subcontractors, obtaining consents, and handling contractual matters
