Responsibilities

At Gravity X Entertainment, we are looking for enthusiastic coaches who can provide exceptional instruction to individuals and groups of all skill levels. As a Coach, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating customized lesson plans based on the unique needs and goals of each student.
• Fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment to promote skill development and confidence.
• Ensuring the safety of participants by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Demonstrating proper techniques and maneuvers while offering constructive feedback.
• Staying updated with industry trends to enhance coaching techniques continually.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a certified Ski, Snowboard, or Surfing Instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• A passion for skiing, snowboarding, or surfing with a deep understanding of the sport.
• Certification from recognized governing bodies (preferred).
• First aid and CPR certification (a plus).
