About The Role

We are currently seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic social media team. Reporting to the Social Media Account Director, the role involves enhancing our clients' online presence, fostering brand loyalty, and facilitating meaningful interactions with their target audience on various social media platforms.

What we’ll need from you

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a social or content role
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns
• Extensive experience in content creation
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Creative mindset with the ability to manage the creative process effectively
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with excellent client relationship skills
