About the Role

Join our team as a full-time, permanent Speech Language Therapist based in Canterbury. In this role, you will work closely with a transdisciplinary team to support children with speech and language difficulties in various settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the impact of speech and language difficulties on children
• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, teachers, and specialists
• Empowering those involved in a child's learning process
• Providing high-quality learning support aligned with the educational frameworks in New Zealand

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,996 - $118,450 per annum, along with benefits like flexible working arrangements, mentorship programs, and wellness initiatives to support your overall well-being.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech-Language Therapy
• In-depth knowledge of speech-language theory and child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of the principles of Te Tirirti o Waitangi
• A full driver's license

If you are an overseas applicant, you must meet English language requirements and have a valid New Zealand work visa or be working toward obtaining one.
