Introduction

Our client, a tier 2 commercial contractor in Auckland central, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Responsibilities

• Managing all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects
• Preparing monthly progress claims and cash flow forecasts
• Assisting with tendering new projects
• Estimating and monitoring project costs
• Managing building contracts and subcontractors

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• 5-10 years of experience in the NZ commercial construction sector
• Ability to lead projects and find best solutions
• Positive can-do attitude

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
