Supervisor - Drilling Full-time Job

Job Title: Drilling Supervisor

Location: Auckland, with projects across Auckland and wider North Island

Salary: $40 - $45 per hour plus UTE and benefits based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with onsite Foreman/Supervisors to ensure adherence to methodologies
• Assist with site set out, health and safety, and oversee work delivery
• Ensure efficient operation of sites
• Mentor and develop onsite staff
• Manage multiple civil projects with occasional travel required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of on-site civil construction experience
• Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings
• Ability to work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards
