What You'll Be Doing

• Handling variations, progress claims, and invoicing
• Managing contract administration tasks
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conducting tender evaluations
• Ensuring site health and safety compliance

What You'll Need

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years of quantity surveying experience on commercial projects
• A tertiary qualification in quantity surveying
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Experience in supplier negotiation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer-based systems
