About Swimsation

At Swimsation, we are dedicated to offering a positive and fun aquatic education while emphasizing water safety for swimmers of all ages. We are currently seeking individuals who share our vision to join us as Swim Instructors.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves in-water teaching primarily in our Pre-School & School Age program, with the potential to expand into teaching other age groups such as babies, squads, and adults. Essential skills required include a passion for water safety, strong communication abilities, confidence, and the ability to make learning fun. Desirable skills include previous teaching experience and an Austswim Qualification or equivalent.

Working Hours

We are looking for instructors who can work on Sunday mornings and at least one additional shift during the week. The current available shifts are as follows:

• Sunday 8am - 12pm (Required)
• Tuesday 3.30pm - 7pm
• Wednesday 3.30pm - 7pm
• Thursday 3.30pm - 7pm
• Saturday 8am - 12pm and/or 12.30pm - 3pm
