System Engineer Contract Job

Role Overview

This contract role requires immediate availability to work on an Azure project for a duration of 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced technological solutions to clients and ensuring the security and performance of infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and optimize internal and customer infrastructures
• Design and manage scalable IaaS solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct security assessments and implement enhancements
• Design and support network infrastructures, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
• Contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and procurement documents

Requirements

• University degree in computer science or related field
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Office 365
• Proficiency in Windows Server, VMware, HyperV, FortiGate, and Sophos
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Security
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
