Responsibilities

The Team Leader Housing Support will be responsible for effectively managing a team to deliver excellent service, providing leadership, support, and guidance while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves operational reporting, assigning tasks, and contributing to quality outcomes for customers.

Requirements

Successful candidates for the Team Leader Housing Support position should possess a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, have a sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, and demonstrate leadership skills in motivating and coaching teams within a service delivery environment. Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse communities are also essential.
