This fully remote position is with a dynamic and innovative Atlassian Platinum Partner, operating primarily in Australia and New Zealand. The company prides itself on delivering successful outcomes for clients by utilizing a unique, agile, managed service model. As a creative Atlassian Platinum Solution provider, they offer technically complex solutions with a focus on Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

The Role and Expectations

As a part of the global team, your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional Atlassian solutions to clients, guiding them through the sales process, and providing tailored solutions using Atlassian applications. You will also be involved in negotiations, licensing agreements, and closing deals. Collaborating with the technical team for seamless execution and client satisfaction is crucial, along with providing expert account and client relationship management.

To excel in this role, you will need deep sales experience with SaaS products, excellent client-facing skills, self-management abilities, and project management skills. While previous experience in a vendor organization and Atlassian experience are desirable, they are not essential.
