Join Our Team as an Administrator!

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our small, close-knit team for a temporary position lasting 10 to 11 months due to maternity leave coverage. While no prior experience is necessary, we are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Good command of English for effective communication
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Good judgement and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Works well in a team as well as independently

About the Role

Located in East Tamaki, Auckland, you will be working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility in working hours. Your responsibilities will involve attending to tasks within set deadlines, contacting a variety of customers for appointment scheduling (no cold calling), liaising with clients, customers, and team members, as well as handling daily invoicing and monthly reconciliations.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive office experience or for individuals looking for a more relaxed work environment.
