The Role

The Venue Hire and Event Coordinator position at CEAC involves overseeing and managing all venue hire activities. The role requires maintaining venues in top condition, managing event coordination from start to finish, and ensuring client needs are met for successful events. Responsibilities also include handling event documentation, managing the venue hire portal, and providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process. The ideal candidate should be professional, friendly, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

The Person

The ideal candidate for the Venue Hire and Event Coordinator role at CEAC should possess experience in event coordination and venue management, strong financial management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of event health and safety regulations.
