They are currently seeking an experienced Sales/Branch Manager to join their team and drive further success in the Otago region. The Sales/Branch Manager will report to the Head of Agency - Sales and will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and compliance guidance to the sales team.

Responsibilities of the Sales/Branch Manager

• People Management and Leadership: Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to enhance team performance.
• Recruitment: Identify talent, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members.
• Submissions, Listings, and Completed Sales: Oversee the sales transaction process.
• Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure sales activities meet company standards.
• Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Activity Management: Monitor sales activities and key performance indicators for optimization.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgetary resources effectively to achieve sales targets.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Sales/Branch Manager role at Bayleys Wānaka should possess:

• A Real Estate Salesperson license with proven leadership and management skills.
• Preferably a Branch Manager's license or working towards obtaining one.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and the community.
• Financial acumen and marketing expertise.
