Responsibilities

We are looking for a Debt Collection Specialist to work closely with our accounts team in managing and monitoring debt across our client portfolio. Your duties will include generating reports on outstanding debtors, charging recovery invoices, implementing debt collection procedures, providing debtor reports to Body Corporate Managers, establishing payment plans with debtors, assisting with bank reconciliations, and managing debt collection charges and penalty interest.
