### The Opportunity Bayleys Wanaka is currently seeking an experienced Sales/Branch Manager to join their high-performing team. Reporting to the Head of Agency - Sales, the Sales/Branch Manager will play a crucial role in providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team. Responsibilities include people management, recruitment, sales process oversight, quality control, marketing collaboration, performance analysis, and financial management.
