Bateman Books, a renowned NZ Publishing and Sales & Distribution company, is offering a fantastic full-time opportunity at our Hobsonville, Auckland Distribution Center. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders using scanner technology
• Operating a Bendi forklift to load and unload trucks
• Conducting stock taking and shelf transfers
• Restocking shelves and crediting returns
• Performing general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Dependable, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Capable of meeting deadlines and working efficiently
• Passionate about learning and growth
• Organized with good listening skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
• Knowledge of computers and RF scanning technology
• Hold a current forklift license and NZ driver's license
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand with a clean record
• Provide contactable work-related references

Working Hours and Benefits:

The normal working hours are between 7.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will undergo a 3-month trial period to showcase their skills and dedication. Training will be provided, and an immediate start is available.
