Role Overview:

The Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive wellbeing strategy for the Customer space. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Mercury's approach to employee health and safety while focusing on overall wellbeing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to address gaps in current health and safety initiatives and lead the implementation of world-class wellbeing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing strategy for the Customer space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps in current health and safety initiatives
  • Leverage expertise to embed world-class wellbeing systems across Mercury
  • Lead and coach a direct report

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a background in health, safety, and wellbeing with experience in creating and delivering strategies. A tertiary qualification related to health and safety or a degree in human resources, psychology, or organizational development is preferred. Additionally, candidates should possess a full driver's license for travel requirements.
