About the Role
We are seeking a Youth Coach for our Youth Service in New Lynn. This office-based role involves supporting at-risk youth aged 16-20 by providing guidance, support, and facilitating access to necessary services. Key responsibilities include needs assessments, developing pathway plans, and assisting with applications for support services.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have the ability to build strong relationships, hold a clean NZ driver's license, and undergo necessary background checks. A passion for working with youth and families, as well as a commitment to upholding tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, are essential.
