Job Description

Hirestaff is currently seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant in Penrose, Auckland. The role involves business development to bring on new clients, managing existing relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, driven, and have prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Business development to acquire new clients
  • Managing client and candidate relationships
  • End-to-end recruitment process management
  • Performing site visits

Qualifications

  • Hardworking and motivated for sales
  • Driven to achieve targets
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different individuals
  • Experience in a fast-paced office setting
  • Valid Class 1 NZ driver’s license
