Job Description
Hirestaff is currently seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant in Penrose, Auckland. The role involves business development to bring on new clients, managing existing relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, driven, and have prior sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Business development to acquire new clients
- Managing client and candidate relationships
- End-to-end recruitment process management
- Performing site visits
Qualifications
- Hardworking and motivated for sales
- Driven to achieve targets
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with different individuals
- Experience in a fast-paced office setting
- Valid Class 1 NZ driver’s license
