Job Description
Auckland City-Living Management, a reputable company specializing in building and property management services since 2011, is currently looking to expand its team by hiring an Assistant Property Manager and Building Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is a mandatory requirement
- Prior experience in property management is not necessary, but a background in real estate, hospitality, marketing, or management is preferred
- Strong written communication skills for business letters and emails
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and learn quickly
- Excellent communication and marketing skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality are essential
- Handling marketing tasks like creating advertisements and posting photos
- Managing a small property portfolio, organizing open home events, property tours, and responding to inquiries
- Coordinating maintenance requests and overseeing common area maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Reporting to the body corporate regarding maintenance needs
- Interacting with suppliers, owners, and residents on body corporate matters
- Providing top-notch property management service to enhance the company's reputation
Requirements and Benefits
- Preferably holds a NZ Full License
- Holds a New Zealand Bachelor’s degree or higher
