Your primary role will involve providing administrative support to brokers, assisting clients with account inquiries, and ensuring policies are managed efficiently.

### Responsibilities - Address client queries and policy amendments - Assist brokers in administrative tasks - Process policy alterations and endorsements - Support clients in the absence of the Broker - Prepare renewal letters and underwriter submissions

### Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5) required (study support available) - Strong organizational skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
