About the Role

The role primarily involves building broker and aggregator relationship channels to bring new products to the market, increase lending volumes, and expand market share. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Auckland and regional broker and intermediary networks to drive origination through successful broker relationships.

What You'll Do

Aside from focusing on sales and building relationships, the role also includes providing credit, process, and product training to brokers. You will be instrumental in offering solutions to enhance the flow of lending applications, thereby contributing to the growth of the business.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, we are seeking candidates with a background as a Broker BDM in the Residential Mortgage sector, preferably with experience in a non-bank lender, broker, or bank. Strong broker knowledge and networks are crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be sales-focused, relationship-oriented, highly self-motivated, and well-organized.
