Change Practice Lead - ePMO Full-time Job

Overview

Southern Cross Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Change Practice Lead to oversee change management practices within the organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving and advocating for change, while enhancing the organization's change management capabilities and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and processes.
• Ensure effective communication and engagement through change management strategies that encourage adoption of change.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to delivery teams to help them understand their change accountabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of Change Management experience.
• Qualification in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR methodology or equivalent).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in partnering with customers and stakeholders creatively.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and align others towards a common vision or goal.
• Prior experience in healthcare or a related industry is preferred.
