Overview

Role Description

The Programme Manager will be responsible for shaping, prioritising, and delivering critical and complex programs of work within the aviation industry. This permanent role, based at Auckland Airport, requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to engage constructively with senior management, collaborate with industry partners, and drive success and innovation in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading critical and complex programs of work
• Managing the entire project lifecycle
• Developing business requirements and project business cases
• Creating procurement plans and preparing initiation documents

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Programme Manager in complex environments
• Ability to navigate challenges and drive impactful solutions
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in MS Office products and project planning tools
• Experience with methodologies like Prince2
