Overview

Are you an experienced senior manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the social and community sector? Man Alive, a prominent agency in Tamaki Makaurau and Te Tai Tokerau, is seeking a new Chief Executive to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and development.

The Role

As the Chief Executive of Man Alive, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the organization in collaboration with the Board. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities while ensuring the effective operation of all aspects of the business, including financial management, stakeholder relations, and staff management.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have over five years of senior management experience, with a background in social services, financial management, and stakeholder relationship management. An understanding of Te Ao Māori values and experience working with Māori communities will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, a formal tertiary qualification in a relevant field is required.
