About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer at MOTAT plays a crucial role in leading the organization's growth and development. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and second in command to the Chief Executive, this role focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture, developing key strategies for business and financial sustainability, and ensuring the operational foundation enables MOTAT to thrive.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Developing and delivering an integrated Business Services strategy
  • Implementing a Financial and Commercial strategy and Business Continuity Plan
  • Monitoring and ensuring the delivery of all Business Services projects and deliverables

About You

To excel in this role, you should be an experienced executive with a diverse set of business skills, capable of providing valuable insights to support decision-making. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Additionally, expertise in business negotiation, partnership development, and establishing funding sustainability are essential for success in this position.
