About the Role

The leadership role at Rhema Media involves guiding the organization into the future of broadcasting, ensuring relevance in a rapidly changing media landscape. The successful candidate will need to provide direction and stability to navigate through challenges and opportunities in the broadcasting sector.

About You

The ideal candidate will approach the role with a missional perspective, possess strong leadership and management skills, and have experience in revenue management. They should be creative, spiritual, and adept at communication, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience and stakeholders. While knowledge of the broadcasting environment is an advantage, the Board is open to candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate effective leadership abilities.
