Franchise Commercial Manager Position

Location: Takapuna, North Shore, Auckland

We are excited to partner with the largest and fastest-growing accommodation provider in New Zealand, offering 43 properties across NZ & Fiji. We are currently seeking a Franchise Commercial Manager for our Takapuna office.

About the Role:

• Support commercial business objectives through proven systems and policies
• Ensure the organization is the "tenant of choice" for landlords and property stakeholders
• Manage franchise renewal and sale processes
• Support compliance of franchise locations
• Commission new buildings with development teams
• Update and report to the COO and stakeholders regularly

Requirements:

• Background in Property / Legal
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Proven history of Franchise Management and Compliance Management
• Highly organized and proactive
• Ability to work autonomously
