Role Overview

As the Chief Executive of PSN, you will spearhead the organization in collaboration with the board, leadership team, service users, community, and key stakeholders. Your role entails embodying unwavering values, empowering staff, and advocating for the organization within the sector and with funders. By ensuring efficient service delivery, offering strategic insights, and fostering innovation and excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PSN.

Who We're Looking For

We are in search of an accomplished Chief Executive with a proven track record of leading complex service delivery organizations. While experience in health and social services is beneficial, it's not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing strategic planning, operations, HR, finance, and funding. Moreover, the ability to engage effectively with various external partners, government officials, NGOs, and media outlets is crucial. As a faith-based organization, alignment with our core values is paramount for the Chief Executive role at PSN.
