Responsibilities:

• Manage all salespeople and operations seamlessly
• Guide the team towards achieving revenue and profitability targets
• Define clear budgets for market dominance
• Recruit high-performing agents to join the team
• Champion a culture of excellence and positivity

Requirements:

• Salespersons Certificate (Level 4 minimum)
• Branch managers certificate preferred
• Experience in sales & leasing transactions
• Effective planning and leadership skills
• Sales performance driven with ability to exceed targets
• Budget management and P&L awareness
• Understanding of tactical and strategic marketing
• Learning and development approach to running a team
