General Manager - Audio-Visual Wholesaler

We are currently seeking a results-driven General Manager to join our dynamic Audio-Visual Wholesaler team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Custom Installation and Home Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technical strategy plans for each brand
- Provide technical support to sales team and dealers
- Assist with accounting, sales, marketing, and human resources tasks
- Configure and program control systems for testing and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with dealer outlets to ensure exceptional customer service
- Conduct dealer training on technical issues
- Represent the company at trade shows, training events, and conventions
- Collaborate with various departments within the company
- Prepare and implement financial and sales reports
- Manage staff relationships
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Automation Industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in java script and programming platforms
- Excellent technical skills
- Highly motivated and outcome-driven
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
